We are seeking a Business Analyst in the Healthcare. The role is based in Minneapolis, Minnesota and offers a short-term contract employment opportunity. The Business Analyst will primarily be responsible for supporting the translation of Benefit Clinical Marketing and/or transactional materials primarily from English to Spanish. This role involves managing multiple tasks and projects with minimal supervision, ensuring the translation and formatting of materials correspond to the original source files.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the translation/reproduction processes for regulatory benefit materials and marketing or various transactional-based materials, including alternate format as requested.

• Independently manage multiple tasks and projects with minimal supervision.

• Coordinate and retrieve multiple price quotes for translation, formatting, and other ancillary fees along with service delivery and risk assessment before awarding projects.

• Work closely with upstream requesters and downstream Vendor contacts to meet project deliverables, ensuring both requester and vendors are meeting requirements.

• Perform comprehensive and/or partial reviews of initial translated files or audio files against source files.

• Flag appropriate Linguistic Compliance or Formatting related defects, note suggested edits, and work with in-house or third-party Language Service Providers on suggested edits.

• Update project trackers accordingly and accurately throughout each day and for each project assigned.

• Reconcile Invoice details, amounts, and GL codes used for billing each project at the beginning of each month for the prior month billing period and point out inconsistencies accordingly to billing vendor.

• Provide administrative support for the team by completing internal inspection audits following department procedures.

• May also include project support of new technology testing and implementation where it involves Translation Memory, Style Guide, Glossary updates including user acceptance testing associated.

• Assist with peer or new Employee training as needed.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the Healthcare industry

• Exceptional customer service skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Outlook

• Ability to handle materials and manage invoices effectively

• Excellent documentation and reviewing skills

• Knowledge in marketing and compliance within the healthcare sector

• Experience in project management and supervising teams

• Proficiency in utilizing databases and implementing automation processes

• Skills in workstation support and auditing

• Understanding of medical coverage and benefits functions

• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage vendors

• Excellent command of the English language

• Experience in billing and phone presence

• Familiarity with the software 'About Time'

• Ability to implement new systems and processes.
