Randstad Strategic Accounts is looking for a business professional with a knowledge and proficiency working in the banking industry. We have a role that we are looking to fill for a contract position with a top tier bank in the financial industry. Responsibilities

Supports online CEO portal, Vantage, to onboard when clients want to assist with documents for capital markets and bonds. Treasury Management owns Vantage and multiple products can sit on top of it. Work on all paperwork for the online access agreement required by Treasury Management to have access to the portal. Currently adding Bookbuild/Bookview as a product on the portal to be client facing for corporate clients to support bond syndication. This person will be client facing for provisioning the assets. Will take the documentation, respond if passwords need to be reset, make sure everything is documented to get the process going.

Day to day they'll be assisting with the group mailbox. They'll also get calls about assets from the 800 number, which is more rare. Will review the documentation sent in by the clients in the mailbox and interact with them to facilitate as needed.
