Depending on scope of certification or license, some employees will be assisting with minor in office procedures, giving injections and immunizations and other laboratory/sample collections. What you will need: As an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT): NREMT & MN EMT certification As a Medical Assistant (MA): Medical Assisting Diploma from a CHEA/CAAHEP accredited program (CMA or RMA preferred) As a Visit Facilitator: In the absence of a certification or license, a high school diploma or GED and 1+ year of customer service experience is required If selected for hire, compensation and job classification will be individually determined based on a candidate's specific background, including licensure, certifications, and experience level.
