General Mills is seeking a Company Store Associate to join our team at our World Headquarters. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, motivated to manage retail sales, cleaning, and stocking, ensuring our store is always ready to welcome customers! CASHIER/ SALES (60%); Ring sales; in-store suggestive selling; provide friendly, helpful service; process dry cleaning for customers. STOCKING (40%): Stock food shelves: dry product, frozen and refrigerated, candy and snacks; notify procurement associates of reorder and new product needs; clean merchandise fixtures; keep north dock and stockrooms clean; when asked, help with daily merchandise displays. Accountabilities Ringing customer sales accurately through POS system Providing excellent customer service Collaboratively working with a team to complete other daily duties Processing customer dry cleaning orders in a professional manner Ability to assist in all departments when necessary Required Skills/Experiences Ability to lift 40-50 pounds when needed. Ability to be on your feet for long periods of time. Experience with Microsoft Office and basic understanding of Microsoft Outlook. Ability to interact with a wide range of customers both in person and over the phone. Qualifications High School Diploma Minimum 2 years retail sales/customer service experience Experience with POS system preferred Strong customer relations skills Excellent communications skills Ability to lift and manipulate 40-50 pounds and to stand for entire day Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently Dependable Flexibility with a schedule between 7:00am-6:30pm Monday-Friday. This is a fulltime position (37.5 hours) with full benefits. Applicants for this position must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. General Mills will not sponsor applicants for this position for work visas. Salary Range The salary range for this position is $30000.00 - $41400.00 / Annually. The salary range for this role represents the numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, educations, skills, work experience, certifications, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.
