Johnsonville Sausage LLC Convenience Store Regional Sales Manager - Central Region-51480 in Minneapolis, Minnesota

Johnsonville products can be found all around the world, including your corner convenience store -whether it's a premium brat or craveable hand-held sandwich for a delicious meal on the run. Our C-store sales members work closely with convenience store customers to drive sales growth and revenue. You'll add some "Bratitude" to the days of our busy consumers. Convenience Store Regional Sales Manager Central Region Position Overview: Johnsonville LLC is a strong, high-growth company with top-quality products. As a Convenience Store Regional Sales Manager, you will drive our success by leading, managing and developing the growth of our top 100 retailers, mid-tier accounts and distributors in the region. You will have the opportunity to develop and expand customer relationships; lead and coach brokers to deliver annual sales objectives and present fact-based presentations that execute against our strategy. Responsibilities:Focus on growth of Top 100 (Kwik Trip, Walgreens, Casey's, etc.) and mid-tier accounts, having a strong understanding of customers within your region and our competitors. Build independent customer base through the distributor and broker network.Develop customer relationships with category managers as well as vertically and horizontally throughout the organization.Own execution and deliver objectives for annual business plans.Coach and lead broker to deliver sales objectives. Set annual goals and perform quarterly business reviews.Manage volume, net sales, trade and T/E budgets for the region.Collaborates with Foodservice sales, marketing, finance, demand planning, customer service and application team.Deliver HICS. (Highest Impact on Customer Success)Education:Bachelor's degree requiredExperience:Minimum of 5 years' experience; Convenience Store Foodservice experience preferredProven P&L responsibility and Trade Promotion Management experienceExperience building relationships at all levels within customers.Marketing - Ability to develop and execute customer programsSyndicated Data - Understand and explain consumer and product research (Johnsonville, Techonomic, Data Essentials, etc.)Skills and Competencies:Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).Strong Leadership and Collaboration Skills internal and externalUtilize strategic question-asking process to understand customers' key initiatives to drive sales and profitsExcellent communication, negotiation and presentation skillsStrategic and tactical business planning skills.Problem Solving SkillsCoach: C-Store Regional Coach (We don't have bosses at Johnsonville. We have Coaches. They are there to help you develop your talents.) Travel: 35-50% ( You work out your own schedule.) Required Location: Midwest Central Region - Minnesota, Iowa, Nebraska, Illinois, Wisconsin, Michigan, Indiana and Ohio.
