Typical Day in the Life In this role, you will collaborate with the Fixed Asset Services team in reviewing cost segregation proposals and reviewing cost segregation reports. A typical day as a QA Cost Segregation Manager/Senior Manager may include the following: Provide a quality assurance review on cost segregation analysis and reports before the Fixed Assets Services team delivers results to the client. Review cost and design, construction data and drawings in reviewing a quality cost segregation report as defined in the Cost Segregation Audit Technique Guide. Responsible for the technical analysis and review of cost segregation studies. As cost segregation opportunities come in, you will set-up a quality proposal and work with the Director/Partner before delivery to client. Maintain technical expertise in various tax areas related to the industry standards. Perform tax research and provide guidelines to the team regarding new tax laws and regulations. Who You Are You have a bachelor's degree with an emphasis in construction management, engineering, accounting or related field. You have 5+ years of experience in public accounting with significant experience in the cost segregation area. You are an excellent communicator -- both your verbal and written communication skills are outstanding. You can evaluate and articulate complex information. You hold yourself to the highest professional standards and maintain strict client confidentiality. You have strong attention to detail and are a multi-tasking master; there has never been a deadline you could not meet. You have strong computer skills and are proficient in Microsoft Office. You have strong organizational skills and possess the ability to review multiple projects with multiple staff. Must be authorized to work in the United States now or in the future without visa sponsorship. Benefits and Compensation Our compensation philosophy emphasizes competitive and equitable pay. Eide Bailly complies with all local/state regulations regarding displaying salary ranges. Final compensation decisions are dependent upon factors such as geography, experience, education, skills, and internal equity. Salary Range: $80,000 - $165,000 Beyond base s lary, Eide Bailly provides benefits such as: generous paid time off, comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) profit sharing, life and disability insurance, lifestyle spending account, certification incentives, education assistance, and a referral program.
