Eide Bailly Executive Communications Senior Manager in Minneapolis, Minnesota

Location: All Locations in the United States Work Arrangement: Remote, Hybrid, or In-Office A Day in the Life The Executive Communications Sr. Manager is responsible for developing and executing internal and external communications strategies, in partnership with the Chief Executive Officer and the Chief Strategy Officer, to reinforce the firm's mission, vision and values, and provide inspiration and direction regarding key initiatives. Works with the CEO to hone his voice and apply it consistently in his communications. Creates annual strategies related to content, cadence, and channels that communicate and promote the CEO's vision and business goals. Oversees the CEO's social media presence to ensure effective representation. Advises executives on how to communicate most effectively, ensuring audiences understand and absorb their messaging. Develops and executes executive communications across all formats including blogs, social media, newsletters, video, and internal meetings. Builds strong partnerships with the Digital, HR, and Learning & Development teams to ensure alignment of message and timing. Designs and implements measurements to analyze messaging program effectiveness. Ensures timely and accurate performance on assigned projects. Maintains compliance with project budgets, turnaround times, and deadlines. Who You Are You have a minimum seven years of experience developing and delivering executive communications You have additional work experience or a degree in journalism, public relations, advertising, social media or other communications function preferred. You have demonstrated experience building trust with senior executives You have excellent writing skills in a compelling style that inspires as well as informs You have strong copyediting and proofreading skills You can work confidently with executive leaders as a trusted advisor You can across departments to synthesize information and build bridges You have a high level of organization, attention to detail, and time management skills Must be authorized to work in the United States now or in the future without visa sponsorship. Eide Bailly complies with all local/state regulations regarding displaying ranges. Final compensation decisions are dependent upon factors such as geography, experience, education, skills, and internal equity.
