The Role at a glance:

We are looking to add an experienced, motivated Food Service Operation Support Manager to our CURA team in MN & WI . As a Food Service Operation Support Manager, you will have the opportunity to assist district manager with overseeing assigned facilities

Must be able to travel to locations in MN & WI

What you'll be doing:

• Actively supporting and applying all company and facility policies and procedures.

• Ensuring the highest quality of service to our customers and clients.

• Visiting assigned facilities as directed.

• Acting as the facility food service director in the event of FSD absences, staff shortages, etc.

• Offering guidance to managers in the disciplines of operations, finances, human resources, and client relationships.

What we're looking for:

Must-haves:

• At least 10 years of experience coordinating foodservice operations.

• At least 5 years of leadership/supervisor experience in Senior Living Food Service operations

• Previous cooking experience

• Demonstrated ability to lead and guide teams.

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Excellent customer service skills.

• Experience with and knowledge of all Microsoft Office suite applications.

• ServSafe and/or HACCP certification and MN Department of Health CFPM

• Bachelor's Degree

Nice-to-haves:

• Previous experience with food service contract management

• ServSafe Proctor

• Expensive food service safety knowledge
