Front Desk Attendant - Minneapolis, Minnesota

On-call/as-needed/substitute

HealthFitness is looking for Front Desk Staff to join the fitness team at various client sites around Minneapolis and St. Paul, MN. In this position, you will greet, check-in and assist customers; provide program information, services, membership and ensure the highest possible level of customer service and participant satisfaction.

This is an on-call position covering hours as needed. You will have the ability to sub at multiple client sites in the twin cities area.

What you'll need to have

  • High School Diploma or GED required.

  • Previous customer service experience a plus.

  • Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required within 30 days of hire.

  • Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems required.

Compensation: $15-$17/hr depending on experience.
