Description We are offering an opportunity for an Inventory Clerk in the logistics and distribution industry. Based in Minneapolis, Minnesota, the role involves managing and maintaining inventory records, auditing supplies, and ensuring adequate inventory.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the receipt of incoming trucks, unpack supplies, and update them in the inventory system.

• Transition items from quarantine status to shelving status.

• Handle basic cleaning tasks in the shipping/receiving area to maintain a clean and organized workspace.

• Conduct audits of inventory to ensure accuracy and integrity of records.

• Utilize ERP solutions and Epic Software to efficiently manage inventory data.

• Perform clerical duties such as labeling, filing, and record-keeping.

• Assist with the lifting and arrangement of supplies in the inventory area.

• Ensure adequate inventory levels to avoid stock-outs or excesses.

• Perform periodic physical inventory checks.

• Support logistics and distribution activities when required.

This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity and requires skills such as ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning, Auditing, Asset Inventory, and Logistics & Distribution. Requirements • Proficiency in Epic Software

• Experience with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning

• Knowledge of ERP Solutions

• Strong skills in Auditing

• Ability to create and interpret Charts - Graphs

• Experience with Clerical Duties

• Familiarity with Asset Inventory and Annual Physical Inventory

• Ability to perform Lifting tasks when necessary

• Experience in managing Supplies Inventory and maintaining Office Supplies

• Knowledge of Adequate Inventory management techniques

• Understanding of Logistics and Logistics & Distribution operations
