Honeywell ISC Production Supervisor - 2nd Shift in Minneapolis, Minnesota

ISC Production Supervisor - 2nd Shift – 2pm – 10pm

As an ISC Production Supervisor here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the production operations in our Minneapolis location within the Aerospace Strategic Business Group (AERO SBG). You will ensure that production processes are efficient, safe, and meet quality standards. Your role will involve supervising a team of production workers, coordinating production schedules, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to optimize productivity and reduce costs.

You will work on location in our Minneapolis, Minnesota facility. This is a 2nd Shift Position – 2pm – 10pm

In this role, you will impact the production operations within the AERO SBG, ensuring that products are manufactured efficiently and meet customer requirements. You will play a critical role in driving operational excellence, maintaining high-quality standards, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Supervise a team of individual contributors who are manufacturing Honeywell's world class innovative products. You will leverage your manufacturing experience and skills to lead some of the world's most talented production employees. You will use your leadership abilities to contribute to driving safety, productivity, and exceptional quality at Minneapolis, one of Honeywell Aerospace production facilities. Through collaboration with cross functional teams, you will prioritize team workload and drive continuous improvement. As a team supervisor, you will coach your team members in technical and behavioral competencies in order to deliver high impact business results.

U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS

Salary Information

The annual base salary range for this position is $73,000-$91,300. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • 2 years in Manufacturing/Supply Chain/Operations/Logistics

WE VALUE

  • Associates or Bachelor's degree

  • Ability to troubleshoot processes and equipment
