3 BEARS LANDSCAPING Landscaper in Minneapolis, Minnesota

Landscaper is responsible for mowing lawns with lawnmower; pruning hedges and plants with hand held clippers; digging holes with hand held shovel to plant hedges, shrubs, succulents and the like. Watering and treating lawns, shrubs, hedges succulents and the like. Removal of dead hedges with shovel and clippers, shrubs, and succulents. Adding topsoil and nutrients to hedges, shrubs when needed. Install Sod where needed. Checking watering systems (sprinklers) and informing owner if repair or update is needed. Employer will provide workers with all tools, supplies, and equipment necessary to perform the job at no cost to the employee. On the job training will not be provided. Employment Dates: 4/1/2025 - 9/30/2025. Work schedule Monday through Friday from 8am - 4pm.Wage offered is: $21.30 per hour. No overtime is available. Employer will reimburse inbound and outbound transportation and daily subsistence costs for corresponding U.S. workers who are not reasonably able to return to their residence within the same workday. Employer will pay employees bi-weekly (every two weeks) or according to the prevailing practice in the area of intended employment, whichever is more frequent. Inbound transportation (including meals and to the extent necessary lodging) to the place of employment will be provided or its cost to workers reimbursed, if the worker completes half the employment period. Return transportation will be provided if the worker completes the employment period or is dismissed early by the employer. The amount of daily subsistence will be at least $15.88 per day during travel to a maximum of $59.00 per day with receipts. Employer uses a single workweek as its standard for computing wages due. H-2B workers will be reimbursed in the first work week for all visas. Visa processing, border crossing and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (excluding passport fees).
