Job Description: Ryan Companies US, Inc. has an immediate career opportunity for a Roving Maintenance Engineer to join our team in Minneapolis! Some things you can expect to do: Perform routine and preventative maintenance on building equipment and systems all in/around the Minneapolis area. Respond to tenant requests. Process work orders, general repairs and adjustments to building systems, equipment and fixtures. Job Requirements: Excellent verbal communication skills and a helpful attitude when interacting with building occupants. High school degree or equivalent and 5+ years of strong HVAC service experience in a commercial environment. Clear driving record, basic knowledge of computer applications, and ability to lift 100 lbs. Ability to work from a ladder, work overhead, smell smoke and other chemicals and be able to work outside in a variety of weather conditions. You will really stand out if you have: An HVAC technical degree. Electrical, plumbing and building automation controls experience. Compensation: The annual base pay is $60,600 - $75,700. The base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission and/or an incentive program.
