POSITION: Maintenance Tech II

FLSA STATUS: Non-exempt

Pay: $25 – $26/hr. based on qualifications

Job Summary: This position will primarily be responsible for painting projects around the arena. In addition, there will be tasks regarding maintenance and repairing equipment, tools, and facilities within Target Center. This position will also assist other Operations staff in answering service calls. Hours of work may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Essential Duties: • Ability to satisfactorily perform painting tasks independently.

• Ability to perform general building maintenance tasks and upkeep.

• Ability to work under stress and duress during high-pressure situations.• Complies with safety regulations and maintains clean and orderly workspaces.

Required Qualifications:

• A minimum education level of AA/AS Degree (2-year) (BA/BS Degree Preferred)

• A minimum of 2 years of related work experience

• Experience in using Building Automated Systems (BAS).

• Effective mechanical skills

• Experience in welding

• Certification in refrigeration desired.

• Requires the ability to work varying hours which include days, nights, weekends, and holidays

• Ability to carry and climb ladders

• Ability to lift and carry 50lbs frequently and 100lbs occasionally.
