In Accenture Legal and CLM Reinvention, our mission is to help our clients re-engineer Legal and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) delivery across their enterprise, leveraging Accenture’s expertise and market-leading capabilities in scaled process design, change management, technology, data and AI/ML, as well as our global managed services.

Our Legal and CLM professionals sit in our Strategy & Consulting business, designing and implementing complex transformation projects that integrate strategy, people, technology, digital and AI/ML to enable end-to-end op model and value-driven reinvention for clients.

We focus on enabling world class outcomes for our clients’ corporate legal departments, CLOs, Legal Ops teams as well as business or functional buyers wishing to transform their CLM capabilities, such as Chief Procurement Officers, Chief Revenue Officers and CIOs.

The Work:

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced and ambitious consultant to join our global team and help to shape the future of our offerings as we expand our footprint in the dynamic sectors of legal and CLM transformation. We are looking for an experienced individual with demonstrated consulting expertise in the fields of Legal transformation, Legal Ops and/or CLM process/functional transformation.

You Are:

Individuals in this role will have Prior experince with:

  • Legal and/or CLM operating model assessment, design and transformation execution

  • Identifying opportunities for clients to improve and transform their operating models, synthesizing assessment data, prioritizing focus areas and holding value-based conversations with senior client stakeholders

  • Solutioning transformation and Legal and/or CLM managed services projects

  • Selecting, implementing and optimizing Enterprise Legal Management platforms (e.g. TeamConnect, Onit, Passport, Brightflag)

  • Automation of Legal and/or CLM workflows

  • Legal and/or CLM technology strategy

  • End-to-End Legal and/or CLM capabilities and processes

  • Familiarity with common CLM tech platforms

A professional at this position level within Accenture has these responsibilities:

  • Partner with a Senior Manager to lead and manage the delivery of projects through all phases based on Accenture’s cost and financial metrics, including client interactions, key stakeholders, PMO, and onshore/offshore resources to ensure the project is delivered to the quality, budget, and timeline expectations

  • Contribute to strategy and planning for the fast-growing Legal and CLM Reinvention business

  • Interact with client and/or within Accenture on various matters. When addressing complex scenarios, can articulate alternate options and get acceptance of the alternative approach.

  • Supervise and mentor our talent across the practice area

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Legal/Legal Ops consulting and/or CLM consulting at a recognized consulting firm or ALSP

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in ELM solution implementation

  • Experience selecting, implementing and optimizing LegalTech

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university/college

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA or master’s degree from an accredited business or graduate school

  • Project Management Professional (PMP)

  • Lean Six Sigma

  • Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP)

  • Knowledge in technologies such as Gen AI tools, RPAs, BI platforms.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
