We are dedicated to fostering a workplace where every team member feels valued and respected. We are looking for a passionate and experienced DEI Manager to help drive DEI strategy and roadmap. In this role, you'll manage the diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives of the company, and partner with various teams and organizations to further DEI efforts. RESPONSIBILITIES External Partnership Strategy and Execution: Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to execute against existing partnership initiatives, including our National Outreach Partner initiative to help attract and retain diverse talent. Elevate exiting partnership relationships and develop recommendations for optimization. Talent Management: Collaborate with stakeholders to develop Learning and Development and other forms of support for team members. Track and monitor initiatives. DEI Champions: Lead efforts and strategy for DEI Champions, a group of ambassadors to help execute and amplify DEI initiatives across the company. Work includes alignment on plans and ensuring accountability. Business Resource Group Strategy and Implementation: Lead strategy and execution of Business Resource group activity. Drive alignment on plans and support Business Resource Group leaders. DEI Events: Lead and collaborate with internal and external partners to deliver DEI programs and events. QUALIFICATIONS Minimum of 5 years of DEI related experience required Development and execution of learning and development contact Mentorship programs HR experience - (e.g. Talent acquisition, Talent Management, Learning and Development) Assessments Equity Studies Metrics and target setting Workforce development Business Resource Groups Participation in DEI Committee or Advisory Groups Knowledge of DEI best practices, strategies, and implementation learnings Project Management Strategic Thinking Ability to develop a detailed plan, stay organized, and get things done Able to organize and prioritize multiple programs and stakeholders Communication and Collaboration Ability to work with others to drive alignment, share and obtain insights, and move things forward with a strong teamwork orientation Active listening skills and effective communication including an openness to diverse input and feedback Coaching and development of others Ability to build, manage, and influence relationships Ability to navigate differences, opposing points of view, and conflict Proven ability to take initiative and deliver accomplishments Empathy and Emotional Intelligence Proficiency in PC and widely used software packages, such as MS Office Suite, and HRIS/database and applicant tracking system Ability to travel up to 25% PREFERRED Bachelor's degree Graduate degree DEI Certification or Continuing Education in DEI Space Managing teams Visa sponsorship is not offered for this position.
