We are seeking a talented Marketing Assistant to join our marketing team in Minneapolis, MN. The Marketing Assistant will play a key role in supporting various marketing initiatives and campaigns aimed at promoting our innovative medical devices. This is an exciting opportunity for an energetic and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about marketing and the healthcare industry.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns to promote our medical devices.

• Coordinate the production of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital content.

• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive activity, and opportunities for growth.

• Assist in the organization of promotional events, trade shows, and conferences.

• Manage social media channels and assist in creating engaging content to increase brand awareness.

• Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, product development, and regulatory affairs, to ensure marketing efforts align with company goals.

• Support the maintenance of the company website and other digital platforms.

• Provide administrative support to the marketing team as needed.

  Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.

• 1-2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the healthcare or medical device industry (internship experience will be considered).

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign) is a plus.

• Knowledge of social media platforms and experience managing social media accounts.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Passion for marketing and the healthcare industry.
