Wells Fargo is seeking a Merchant Services Sales Consultant for the Wells Fargo Merchant Services In-Market Sales Team. This role will participate in selling merchant products and services to complex diverse customers.

In this role, you will:
Participate in selling merchant products and services to complex diverse customers.
Support the sales channel within an assigned territory partnering with lines of business.
Review basic issues, policies, or procedures.
Provide payment processing solutions to business clients.
Provide software solutions, standalone terminals, Ecommerce solutions, and mobile solutions.
Prospect new opportunities.
Present recommendations for resolving more complex situations and exercise independent judgment while developing expertise within policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
Collaborate and consult with managers, colleagues, and stakeholders, including internal or external customers.
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of Merchant Services Sales experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
Desired Qualifications:
2+ years of banking industry experience
2+ years of business-to-business sales experience
Demonstrated professionalism in all aspects of work, including communication, behavior, and appearance
Ability to partner with bankers and cover branches in territory
Direct sourcing and prospecting new clients experience
Experience meeting or exceeding sales goals with respect to products and/or services.
Ability to interact with all levels of an organization
Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision in a structured environment
Ability to develop partnerships and collaborate with other business and functional areas.
Strong influencing skills
Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search
Ability to deliver dynamic presentations to business clients
Proficiency in creating and delivering engaging PowerPoint presentations, with a strong emphasis on clarity, visual appeal, and effective communication of key messages
Job Expectations:

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$55,300.00 - $98,300.00
