Overview:

The National Accounts Implementation Manager is a key role responsible for the successful onboarding, installation, and transition of new customers. This position combines elements of service process improvement, special project management, and white glove customer service. The role demands significant travel and the ability to manage complex projects while interfacing with various departments and clients.

Responsibilities/Essential Functions:

--Plan and manage the logistics of the full cycle of onboarding and installation processes for new customers, working closely with National Account Sales, National Account Management, Field and Plant Operations, Supply Chain partners, and New Business Installation Managers (NBIMs) to ensure smooth transitions.

--Identify potential risks, create and maintain contingency plans to avoid or mitigate the impact, regularly review status reporting and leading indicators to measure the project trajectory and act as needed.

--Audit and review install contracts, install systems, route account system invoice and product setups, and client correspondences, ensuring all action items are completed accurately and in a timely manner.

--Facilitate transition plan sessions with stakeholders, driving completion of action items and project plan updates.

--Create and maintain weekly reports on the progress of field and national account installations and service projects.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

--Knowledge of safety regulations and relevant business process and rules.

--Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency.

--Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

--Ability to fill in for any roles involved in the install process including but not limited to a New Business Install Manager, Merchandise Control Manager, a Stockroom Supervisor, a Territory Manager, an Onsite Coordinator, or a New Business Install Specialist.

--Excellent client service skills

--Ability to manage multiple resources without direct authority

--Prioritize objectives, implementation strategies, and communications skills to ensure timely completion of deliverables.

Working Environment/Safety Requirements:

Significant travel will be required for this role, administrative tasks will be completed in a remote working environment.

Experience/Qualifications:

--Saleforce.com Experience Desired

--Understanding of industrial laundry plant function, supply chain process, and new client onboarding best practices

--Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

--Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years relevant work experience

License Requirements/Certifications:

Active drivers license is required
