Job duties include field collection, insect rearing, specimen identification, and data management under the guidance of a faculty member. Required - Associate of Science degree in biology or environmental science - demonstrated ability to work in outdoor field conditions as part of teams - familiarity with file and data management, including databases - certification in Red Cross First Aid/CPR/AED - acceptance and planned enrollment in a four-year undergraduate STEM program within the next six months Preferred qualifications - high school AP coursework in environmental science and statistics - experience in preparing educational materials for science communication (e.g., posters, hands-on activities) - outdoor work experience - experience collaborating with other students and faculty How To Apply Applications must be submitted online.
