UMPhysicians Patient Care Supervisor - RN (Mental Health and Addiction Service Line) in Minneapolis, Minnesota

This position will support the Masonic Institute for the Developing Brain (MIDB) and Sexual and Gender Health Clinic RNs and rooming staff: The Masonic Institute for the Developing Brain (MIDB) offers a unique and innovative environment focused on advancing brain health in children across their lifespan. As a one-stop clinic and research location specializing in pediatric neurobehavioral conditions, MIDB merges cutting-edge clinical care with research to inform best practices and improve treatment. Our team consists of experts in neuroscience, pediatrics, psychology, and more, who all make a meaningful impact on child development and community health. The Sexual and Gender Health Clinic develops andprovides evidence-based clinical care. Our clinic promotes the sexual and gender health of individuals, couples, and families of all backgrounds by providing assessment and treatment. We provide services across the lifespan, with specific services for children, adolescents, and adults including a focus on specialty areas such as compulsive sexual behavior, gender health services, relationship & sex therapy. Our team of providers is made up of psychologists, social workers, Marriage and Family therapists, as well as family medicine and psychiatry practitioners. What you will do as a Patient Care Supervisor - RN: Provides daily workflow direction to site staff to ensure providers have adequate staffing assistance to accommodate clinic efficiency while also achieving site objectives Leads and/or participates in project/team improvement initiatives Ensures clinic compliance with OSHA, Joint Commission and other regulatory bodies/requirements Provides direction and assists with care of patients in urgent and emergent situations Assists with the development and implementation of required training, as well as enforcement of policies and procedures in alignment with organization leadership What you will need: Current Minnesota RN License BLS Certification Associate's (ADN) or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) Proven process improvement experience 3-5 years of nursing experience in an ambulatory or inpatient care setting Minimum of two years of supervisory or nursing leadership experience in a clinical setting Location (3 days): Masonic Institute for the Developing Brain (MDB) - 2025 East River Parkway Minneapolis, MN 55414 Additional Location (2 days): Sexual and Gender Health Clinic - 1300 2nd St S Suite 180 Minneapolis, MN 55454 Hours: FTE Benefits: This is a fully benefit eligible position: Competitive wages, Healthcare (including vision & dental), 401K, parking & tuition assistance and more! #RN University of Minnesota Physicians (M Physicians), a non-profit organization headquartered in Minneapolis, seeks motivated individuals for both clinical and non-clinical roles to drive innovation in health and medicine.
