This position would be based in our Minneapolis, MN office. This position will support transportation planning projects through our safety, funding & grants, and sustainability groups. These groups produce a wide variety of projects for public agencies, including transportations safety plans, grant applications and funding strategies, research and policy reports, and projects aimed at reducing greenhouse gases from the transportation system. Responsibilities: Assist in preparing materials for public or client-facing meetings and presentations. Support the creation and analysis of reports, memos and other deliverables. Conduct research, compile data, and conduct analysis to support ongoing projects. Collaborate with team members to provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis and research findings. Provide general administrative support to the teams, including data entry and report preparation. Additional duties as assigned. Required Qualifications: Current enrollment in a university's planning, urban studies, civil engineering or another related undergraduate program (sophomore, junior, or senior level). Seeking someone who is collaborative, dedicated, enthusiastic, flexible, innovative, organized, and possesses strong communication skills as well as an ability to be a self-starter.
