National Marrow Donor Program Product Manager, Salesforce - Remote-2400006J in Minneapolis, Minnesota

Please apply online using a laptop or desktop computer.POSITION SUMMARY:The Product Manager coordinates the direction and development priorities for member-donor CRM (Salesforce Sales Cloud) and member-donor portal (Salesforce Experience Cloud) for the Member, Donor, and Product Operations (MDPO) team.The Product Manager holds ultimate accountability for articulating the vision of the products, representing the voice of the MDPO teams, and delivering experiences that add value to the business.The Product Manager bridges the gap between business and technology by collaborating with the IT team, MDPO leadership, and all key stakeholders to coordinate the prioritization of new and existing features and capabilities in Salesforce CRM products.The successful candidate will join a dynamic environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build, and launch products that deliver on the organization's vision and strategy. This is a Remote position in Minneapolis. #LI-RemoteCheck out our video Saving Lives: It's the Best Job EverACCOUNTABILITIES:Product Strategy: Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our member-donor CRM and portal solutions, aligning with company goals and market needs. Serve as the primary evangelist for the product line.Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, to gather insights and requirements for product development.Product Development: Lead the end-to-end product development process, from ideation and requirements gathering to design, development, and launch. Continuously re-prioritizes features and functionality as latest information is obtained during the product development cycle.Cross-Functional Leadership: Work closely with application development, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure seamless product development and successful market introduction.User Experience: Champion the user experience, ensuring our products are intuitive, user-friendly, and meet the highest standards of quality and performance.Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and inform data-driven decisions.Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that products comply with relevant healthcare regulations and standards, including HIPAA and FDA requirements.Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement by soliciting feedback, conducting post-launch evaluations, and implementing enhancements.Customer Centricity: Be the voice of our customers, donors, and operations staff.
