Norton Rose Fulbright is seeking a lawyer with 4-6 years of Project Development and M&A experience. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in renewable energy, oil & gas, or project development (including negotiation of engineering, procurement and construction agreements, operations and maintenance agreements, equipment procurement agreements, and other development agreements). Collaborating across our global team, we act on some of the most innovative, complex and challenging projects in the world. An associate would have the opportunity to work on 100% renewable energy transactions, if desired, or a broader energy and infrastructure practice.
