Robert Half Senior Business Operations Coordinator in Minneapolis, Minnesota

Description We are seeking a Senior Business Operations Coordinator for our team based in MINNEAPOLIS, Minnesota. The primary industry of operation is Healthcare/NHS. The role involves the coordination of business operations, maintaining precise customer records, and managing customer inquiries. This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the processing of customer credit applications with a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency.

• Be responsible for maintaining precise customer credit records.

• Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary.

• Utilize Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook for various operational tasks.

• Participate in and contribute to Teams environment.

• Utilize internal system navigation such as Advocate Central IRIS RxClaim Rxcomet, training for which will be provided.

• Be proactive and vocal about any questions or issues that arise during the course of work.

• Provide support for Java and Zoom platforms as required.

• Contribute to the overall operations of the business. Requirements • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Outlook

• Experience with 'About Time', 'Workstation Support', 'Java', and 'Zoom' software

• Familiarity with 'Offshore' and 'Workday' operations

• Ability to provide 'Initial Training' and 'TRICARE' services

• Knowledge in 'NIS' and 'iRise' systems

• Previous experience in a similar role within the Healthcare/NHS industry

• Demonstrable understanding of business operations

• Excellent collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field would be advantageous

• Proven leadership skills and ability to coordinate team activities.
