Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Senior Configuration Process Engineer to join one of our clients in the higher education industry. You will support the Financial Aid Management Systems and serve as the liaison between Student Financial Services and IT. The Sr. Configuration Process Engineer acts as a system SME, partnering with IT to assist in developing and testing scripts and automation to support financial aid processes.

Skills and Requirements

• 3+ years of Higher Education Financial Aid experience

• Experience configuring and proficient in Oracle Student Financial Planning (SFP)

• In-depth knowledge of IT methodologies and project structures.

• Understanding of scripting and code (groovy, SQL, etc.)

• Familiarity with Title IV regulations and other financial aid regulatory bodies.

• Proven track record in identifying, initiating, designing, planning, and executing system testing, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and system/process validation, both independently and collaboratively. - Bachelors degree from an accredited institution preferred null
