The pay range is $89,700.00 - $161,500.00

A role on the Enterprise Insights team means you will be a champion for our current and future guests, inspiring the organization to act in their best interest. You will help partners build consumer-centric strategies and activations.

The Guest & Audience Insights team within Enterprise Insights focuses on understanding consumer behaviors, attitudes, needs, and motivations across Target’s core businesses. We provide understanding, empathy, and insight related to our guests and consumers in the development of business and communication strategies.

As a Senior Insights Manager, you will report to the Director of Guest & Opportunity Measurement and have responsibility for creating Enterprise-wide understanding of our guests based on who they are, how they shop, and how they feel. You will be responsible for designing and executing guest or consumer research to support key initiatives. You will be the primary contact for internal partners and will identify the appropriate research method, data source and vendor/supplier to execute work.

About You:

  • Four-year degree or equivalent experience

  • 6+ years of work experience in Marketing Research, Consumer Insights, and/or Data Analytics

  • Strong knowledge of qualitative, quantitative, syndicated and first-party insight tools

  • Comfortable working with all types of data including survey, CRM, sales and market share

  • Ability tocommunicate clearly and effectively across different levels in the organization and cross-functionally

  • Highly curious with strong business acumenand storytelling skills

This position will operate as a Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement based on Target’s needs. A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team member’s core role will need to be performed both onsite at the Target HQ MN location the role is assigned to and virtually, depending upon what your role, team and tasks require for that day.
