About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Treasury Management Relationship Manager

In this role, you will:

  • Act as an advisor to senior leadership to develop or influence highly complex initiatives, including those that are cross functional with broad impact, and act as key participant in large scale planning for Treasury Management Relationship Management functional area

  • Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex multi-faceted, large scale and long-term business, operational, or technical challenges that require in depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors

  • Make decisions in complex and multi-faceted situations requiring a sound understanding of Treasury Management Relationship Management functional area, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that influence and lead a broader work team to meet deliverables

  • Provide vision, direction, and expertise to senior leadership on implementing innovative and significant business solutions that are large-scale cross-functional strategies

  • Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across the enterprise and serve as an expert advisor to leadership

Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of Treasury Management Relationship Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience with Commercial Card clients, products and services, particularly B2B virtual card usage and features

  • Strong understanding of the B2B payments ecosystem, including Travel & Entertainment and Procurement spending as well as ERP and procurement systems

  • Strong understanding of a corporate / commercial client's Procure to Pay processes

Job Expectations:

  • Not eligible for visa sponsorship.

  • Role is not eligible for 100% remote. Candidates must be willing to work onsite. Location preference is San Francisco, CA.

  • The ability to travel 25% of the time

Pay Range for Minneapolis, Minnesota: $111,100 - $197,500 annually

Pay Range for Salt Lake City, Utah: $111,100 - $197,500 annually

May be considered for a discretionary bonus.
