Your Opportunity: ComplyRight is seeking an SEO Program Manager to join the team! Your Responsibilities: Conducts SEO audits by analyzing outputs from various reporting tools to uncover issues related to web crawling, JavaScript rendering, etc. Updates webpages and executes new page builds through the content management system. Identifies opportunities to remediate and optimize site architecture, infrastructure, sitemaps, robots.txt file, canonical URL, pagination, page response codes, meta data, internal linking, schema markup, core web vitals, and other factors. Partners with IT and/or Marketing teams on implementing change. Working knowledge of redirect strategies (i.e. regex rules) to implement, ensuring page pathing is functioning correctly. Maintains awareness of SEO best practices and analyzes trends to improve processes and capitalize on optimization opportunities. Provides advice on technical SEO matters to Marketing and IT teams to help them understand best practices and implement changes accordingly to impact the business positively. Run AB tests and identify where data can be gleaned and organized to help with site conversion. Performs other job-related duties as assigned from time to time. Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-impact keywords and phrases relevant to our organization and web pages. Optimize web page content, meta tags, headers, and images to improve search engine visibility. Collaborate with the web team to develop and implement SEO-friendly content strategies. Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities for improved SERP rankings for industry keywords. Provide actionable recommendations to improve rankings for high-priority pages. You Must Have: Bachelor's Degree in related field 5+ years of related work experience B2B and E-commerce sites Experience working with multiple brands or agency experience Mobile website experience Ability to spot data trends that can diagnose issues with a website Critical thinker who enjoys investigations Familiarity with web standards Experience in data models and creating best-practice reports based on data mining, analysis, and visualization Intermediate Proficiency in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console, Excel, Screaming Frog, Deep Crawl, and SEMrush Intermediate proficiency of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, XML Excellent communication, time management, and prioritization skills About Taylor Corporation One of the largest graphics communications firms in North America, Taylor's family of companies provide a diverse set of products, services, and technologies addressing the toughest communication challenges.
