Job Title: Shift Supervisor

Job Description

This position will be a mix of administration and security.

Primary Responsibilities:

  1. Supervision of Residents in the Facility and Residents who are out in the community.

  2. Administrative Program Duties: General Paperwork / Data Base Entries. Primary Task: Account for the whereabouts of ALL residents at any given time during the shift.

3.Enforce all Program rules and policies with Residents – write up incident reports when necessary. The Resident Handbook. 2920 Compliance, PREA Compliance, Policies & Procedures: Understand and Follow Protocol.

4.Make rounds of the facility no more than every two (2) hours to verify that all Residents who are not signed out are present.

5.Answer Phone and record in the Access Data Base. Confiscating and documenting contraband items.

6.Welcoming New Residents, Visitors and Guests to Genesis House.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in NA, MN.

Work Environment

19 employees total. Shift: 4pm-12am Friday-Sunday. Hours: 24-32hr per week. Fully Onsite.
