job summary:

We are seeking a skilled Senior Technician to join our team in the medical device industry. This role will be a critical team member in the system validation of Acute dialysis medical products such as PrisMax, Prismaflex, and TherMax blood warmer systems. The Senior Technician will be responsible for executing system-level validation tests, analyzing test data, troubleshooting instruments, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve testing processes

location: Minneapolis, Minnesota

salary: $30.00 - 34.50 per hour

work hours: 8am to 4pm

education: High School

responsibilities:

  • Execute system validation test protocols for Acute dialysis medical products, including PrisMax, Prismaflex, and TherMax.

  • Analyze test data for conformance to acceptance criteria and clearly record results using platforms such as ALM.

  • Identify and communicate defects encountered during test execution.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to better understand system requirements and improve test effectiveness.

  • Actively participate in refining and improving existing test scenarios and cases.

  • Maintain laboratory equipment and manage inventory levels for laboratory supplies.

  • Perform basic troubleshooting and calibration of dialysis systems (PrisMax and Prismaflex).

  • Assist in the compilation and interpretation of research data and the preparation of reports, summaries, and protocols.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in the use of laboratory equipment and tools.

  • Experience with GMP/GLP is desired.

  • Proficient in recording and managing original test data.

  • Familiarity with computer software for word processing, spreadsheets, and documentation retrieval.

  • Basic understanding of documentation systems.

  • Experience with PrisMax, Prismaflex, or CRRT systems is highly preferred.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; AA degree preferred.

  • 2-4 years of experience in a related field.

  • Solid attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot and calibrate medical devices.

  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
