Learn more about us at https://www.hawkinsinc.com/careers/ ABOUT THE JOB The Technical Document and Archive Intern will be learning and supporting Hawkins' technical document specialist and have a project to archive much of the technical groups current an older document. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Possible duties will include the following: Setup a system to scan and archive documents in a searchable format to Microsoft OneNote. Review documents to determine if they need updates or retirement. Review and validate documents such as product data sheets and specifications. Enter and update product in the Certificate of analysis App. Participate in the annual review of various documents. Record amortization of restricted stock Journal entry completeness tie-out Projects work Shadowing opportunities include: Technical personnel Quality personnel Document specialist Product data management specialists REQUIREMENTS AND PREFERRED BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE: Previous experience not necessary Completed second year of college towards B.S. Degree in one of the sciences. Ability to work independently or as part of a team Self-starter Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills required Ability to manage multiple tasks Effective communication skills including a working knowledge of Microsoft office and OneNote Ref. 2025-187 All applications must be received online.
