Job Title: Staff Engineer, Test DevelopmentJob Description
The Staff Engineer, Test Development is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automatic test equipment and test programs aimed at ensuring the robustness and high quality of assembled products in manufacturing. This role involves establishing test strategies and architecting test solutions that align with product design specifications and production requirements. The position requires direct onsite development along with interaction with global support teams. The successful candidate will lead the development and implementation of technical solutions for complex projects across multiple domains, manage project planning and scheduling, and provide technical leadership to a team of engineers. Additionally, the role includes designing and developing test solutions that integrate hardware and software elements, system integration, qualification, and installation to meet outlined test plans.

Work Environment
