Genesis10 is currently seeking a Transformation Coach with our client in the financial industry located in Minneapolis, MN, Dallas, TX, Charlotte, NC and Pheonix, AZ. This is a 24+ month contract position. Responsibilities: Consult as an expert to develop or influence initiatives and resources for highly complex business and technical needs across Transformation Coaching Consult on the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas, delivering solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require vision, creativity, innovation, and advanced analytical and inductive thinking Provide expertise to client senior leadership on innovative Transformation Coaching business solutions Strategically engage with client personnel Requirements: 7+ years of Agile (Coaching, Scrum, or product owner) experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education DevSecOps Infra as Code (ansible/Terraform) CICD (Artifactory and other tools) Code Management (GitHub) Unit and Integration testing Cloud (AWS/Google) Coaching/Mentoring skills Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
