Job Description: Ryan Companies is looking for a Vice President of Total Rewards to join our team! This role is both strategic and hands-on, and this individual must be comfortable with analysis, modeling, program management, bold thinking, and addressing individual compensation matters. Some things you can expect to do: Drive total rewards strategies that are cost-effective and consistent with market trends and aligned to company's business priorities Lead all compensation initiatives, including the strategy and execution of job evaluations/leveling, market matching and surveys, competitive analysis, updating compensation structures, and maintaining governance and compliance Provide advice to team members on compensation and benefit matters including industry benchmarks and best practices Manage the annual compensation planning cycle and review process, including communication strategy, timeline, and tools/resources Administer benefit plans including retirement and health plans and lead strategic relationships with brokers, facilitating negotiations to ensure strong governance and thought leadership in designing innovative programs Develop, implement, and analyze market competitive pay structures that support Ryan's compensation philosophy and framework, to include pay grades and position leveling Identify gaps and develop recommendations to address opportunities for enhancements Ensure alignment of incentive/reward elements with culture, strategy and operational goals Work with Finance/Payroll to ensure accurate compensation programs administration, financial reporting, and compliance with applicable ERISA, regulatory, and tax laws Job Requirements: To be successful in this role, at least 10 years of experience in human resources is required and 7 years of experience focused in compensation and benefits is preferred. A bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or finance is required. You must have experience working with senior leaders, including influencing and partnering. You will really stand out if you have: Knowledge of job evaluation and job analysis systems, labor rules and regulations, and short/long term incentive plans Have experience in the commercial real estate industry Eligibility: Positions require verification of employment eligibility to work in the U.S. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. Certain positions and locations require Covid-19 vaccination, subject to reasonable accommodations for valid medical or sincerely held religious reasons. Compensation: The annual salary range is $168,600 - $210,750 per year . The salary may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission and/or an incentive program.
