You have the support of technical subject matter experts to help you close the sale of Managed Services, Cloud and Security Solutions.

The Main Responsibilities

  • Expands sales through leveraging strategic client relationships and external presence.

  • Possesses Corporate Sales Solution Background/Expertise with a record of Successful Sales Achievement.

  • Demonstrates Technology Solution Selling Expertise.

  • Develops strategic and comprehensive account plans and strategies to win new business in existing accounts.

  • Builds effective relationships internally, collaborating and problem-solving with partners such as Customer Success, Product, Marketing, Solutions/Technology experts, Sales Support, Service Delivery.

  • Identifies, bids on, negotiates, and closes new sales opportunities.

  • Leverages your external network to identify and recruit high performing talent to the team and builds internal relationships.

  • Provides accurate and detailed weekly forecast funnel of identified and proposed opportunities to meet or exceed sales quota requirements.

  • Conducts Client and Team Meetings.

  • Maintains an appropriate 90-day funnel and manages to sequential improvements in close rates across the team.

Compensation

The BASE starting salary for this role differs based on the employee's primary work location. Employees typically do not start at the top of the range, though compensation depends on each individual's qualifications. The compensation plan for this role also includes a Targeted Sales Incentive not reflected in this range.

Location Based Pay Ranges

$64500 - $86000 in this state: MN.

As with the pay range variety that's based on the region of a country, specific offers are determined by various factors such as experience, education, skills, certifications and other business needs.

This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.

This position is eligible for either short-term incentives or sales compensation. Director and VP positions also are eligible for long-term incentive.
