Description We are in search of a Project Manager specializing in marketing within the Health Insurance Industry. This role is based in Minnetonka, Minnesota and offers a short term contract employment opportunity. As a Project Manager, your focus will be on managing multiple projects with different timelines and ensuring on-time execution of assigned projects.

Responsibilities:

• Manage workflow and deliverables of various projects within the health insurance industry

• Set up project schedules in workflow tool (Robohead or other workflow tools)

• Daily management of tasks in workflow tool (Robohead or other workflow tools)

• Route projects for review and required approvals

• Release projects for production/distribution

• Provide status updates on projects

• Help eliminate roadblocks and identify solutions for projects off-track

• Support acquisition marketing specific to Medicare/Gov’t Programs

• Manage projects involving print, direct mail, and landing pages

• Utilize your expertise in consumer marketing project management to effectively manage projects

• Provide workflow tool support as needed for projects assigned to other project managers Requirements • Proven experience in a Project Management role

• Strong knowledge of Marketing strategies and principles

• Ability to review and analyze project requirements and outcomes

• Familiarity with 'About Time' and 'Workstation Support' tools

• Experience in implementing Hiring Processes

• Understanding of Production processes and Deliverable management

• Knowledge of Medicare and Health Insurance Industry

• Ability to create and manage Project Plans and Timelines

• Experience in Direct Mail and Consumer Marketing strategies

• Proficiency in managing Landing Pages

• Skilled in providing regular Status Updates to stakeholders

• Experience in QA Management and Workflow Software

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

• Excellent communication and team management skills
