We are offering a contract employment opportunity for a Proposal Writer and Content Analyst based in Minnesota. This role is primarily involved in the creation of compelling proposals and reports, analyzing requests for proposals, and coordinating with various departments to ensure alignment with client requirements and company standards.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and dissect requests for proposals (RFPs) to create tailored responses that meet specific client needs.

• Compile necessary information from various sources within the organization to address the RFP/RFI requirements effectively.

• Write specific sections of the proposal, focusing on clarity, persuasiveness, and technical accuracy.

• Carefully read through solicitation documents to identify and highlight key requirements and evaluation criteria.

• Collaborate with subject matter experts and the sales team to gather necessary information and approvals.

• Facilitate regular meetings with the proposal team and stakeholders to ensure alignment and progress.

• Monitor progress against deadlines, adjusting plans as necessary to ensure timely completion.

• Develop a compliance checklist based on solicitation requirements to guide the proposal development process.

• Collect and analyze feedback from proposal submissions to continuously improve the quality assurance process.

• Ensure all proposals are of high quality, compliant with RFP requirements, and submitted on time.

Requirements • Demonstrated experience in proposal writing and content analysis.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Proven sales and marketing abilities.

• Experience in compliance functions and quality assurance.

• Strong research skills and the ability to plan processes effectively.

• Project management experience.

• Proficient in time management and hiring processes.

• Ability to engage with stakeholders and work collaboratively.

• Experience in the submission of proposals or similar documents.

• Proficiency in using relevant software and tools.

• Coordination skills, particularly in relation to project management.

• Knowledge of health insurance would be advantageous.

• Creativity and the ability to produce compelling content.

• Analytical skills, particularly in relation to content analysis.

• Experience in journalism or a similar field.
