Leverage your experience in procurement and technology to configure and design solutions within print, mail, and marketing services. In this position, you will have the responsibility of managing the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) solution to meet the business and operational requirements of UnitedHealth Group print buying.

You will have the responsibility to ensure successful technical integrations and enhancements, accurate data is captured across systems and processes, and issues are handled in an appropriate and timely manner. This role will be responsible for the standardized configuration through insight and understanding into key business processes. You will also be responsible for streamlining the ordering and invoicing process by enabling eInvoicing capabilities for key suppliers. You will be responsible to partner with internal stakeholders and suppliers to prioritize transactions and spend to move to an automated solution to meet key business objectives.

This role will be an integral component of procurement operations at UnitedHealth Group, driving innovation and efficiencies through the technology.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Oversees Procure to Pay technology including:

  • Resolving system defects and issues

  • Overseeing end user support

  • Managing and aligning business requirements

  • Prioritizing and implementing system enhancements

  • Working as liaison with IT support teams

  • Support tool strategy and alignment

  • Facilitate the enablement process by setting up catalog purchasing with strategic suppliers including:

  • Review spend and supplier transactions to determine opportunities to streamline ordering and invoicing

  • Prioritize supplier transactions to enable

  • Collect necessary data required to setup catalogs

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand current state ordering processes and outlining future state automation

  • Root cause technical and business process issues and work to remediate

  • Manage and support existing supplier catalogs

  • Drives change and tool adoption through collaboration, relationship building and solutioning

  • Project management of supplier enablement process while driving standardization of business processes

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration , Supply Management, or related field

  • 3+ years of Sourcing and Procurement experience and/or business operations experience.

  • Proficiency with MS Office

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience managing print applications and procure to pay technology

  • Experience administering, configuring and testing cloud based applications

  • Experience managing highly complex programs

  • Ability to root case and drive issue resolution

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Demonstrated ability to lead change and implement programs and technology

  • Working knowledge of end-to-end print related sourcing and procurement activities

  • Ability to develop and drive strategy while maintaining a solid working knowledge of supporting tactical activities

  • Experience with Noosh and/or Ariba
