Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a team of 10 dedicated employees who specialize in commercial coats and maintenance.
• Ensure efficient and effective operations by coordinating crew schedules, delegating tasks, and overseeing project timelines.
• Utilize your fluency in Portuguese to effectively communicate with the crew and clients, ensuring seamless workflow and client satisfaction.
• Demonstrate expertise in industrial coatings, including paints, stains, epoxy, lacquer, varnish, and urethanes, to ensure top-notch quality on every project.
• Possess knowledge of fire/flood restoration processes, enabling you to handle restoration projects with precision and care.
• Utilize your experience in building maintenance at luxury living facilities to exceed client expectations and maintain the highest standards of service.
• Fluent in Portuguese to facilitate effective communication with the crew and clients.
