Responsibilities

Sales Support

  • Assist the sales team with customer inquiries, order processing, and follow-up communication.

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including customer interactions, orders, and quotations.

  • Prepare and distribute sales reports, forecasts, and other relevant documentation.

    Estimating Support

  • Assist the estimating team with gathering project specifications and entering estimates from vendors.

  • Review project plans, blueprints, and other documentation to accurately assess project requirements.

  • Input data into AutoQuotes estimating software and generate accurate and detailed cost estimates.

  • Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure the accuracy and completeness of estimates.

    Administrative Support

  • Perform general administrative duties, including data entry, and maintaining office supplies.

Ideal Candidate Will Possess the Following Skills and Abilities

QUALIFICATIONS/ COMPETENCIES

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.

  • Proven experience in sales support, customer service, or related field.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

  • Familiarity with construction industry terminology and practices is a plus.

  • Experience with estimating software (e.g., AutoQuotes) is desirable but not required.

    EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent

  • Minimum experience of up to (2) two years

    PHYSICAL DEMANDS

  • Physical requirements include walking and sitting for extended periods while operating a computer.

  • Normal vision with color perception and normal hearing is required.

  • Unassisted mobility is required.

    WORKING CONDITIONS

  • Indoor office environment
