Mission Heritage Medical Group is seeking a Palliative Care Physician to join their team in Mission Viejo, California. This collaborative and team-oriented group is dedicated to providing exceptional patient care. The role offers a balanced work-life schedule, including weekdays and weekends. Enjoy working in Southern Orange County, close to the stunning beaches of Dana Point and Laguna Beach

• Board eligible or board certified in Hospice and Palliative Care

• Fellowship trained in Palliative Care

• Experience is preferred

• 1:6 weekends

• Calls usually during the day, must be available for calls from home.

• Work life balance

• Mix of inpatient and outpatient care

• Compensation is between $252,644 and $327,660 per year

• The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and may include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, hospital/ED call stipends, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, a CME allowance and other benefits offered by the medical group. Please note that this salary range is provided in accordance with State law and is subject to variation due to the factors noted above
