Description We are excited to bring on board a detail-oriented Sales Support individual to our team located in Mission Viejo, California, 92691, United States. This position is crucial in aiding our sales team by managing administrative tasks, client communications, CRM updates, and supporting business development operations. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity.
Responsibilities
• Manage customer-facing communications, acting in some cases as the primary point of contact, and addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests.
• Help with administrative tasks throughout the sales process, including preparing and sending proposals, coordinating sales meetings, presentations, and communications.
• Work together in the creation and updating of proposals, responses to RFPs, internal sales training materials, and other sales-related documents.
• Aid in maintaining accurate records in the CRM system and work with Business Development staff to organize information, update CRM, Sales Pipeline, etc.
• Facilitate cross-departmental communications and logistics, ensuring smooth operation and collaboration.
• Engage in the organization of trade shows, including setting up meetings, lunches, events, research, etc.
• Manage customer service follow-ups, such as contract signings or due items.
• Support the running and distribution of sales reports for Account Executives and Management.
• Assist in the generation of leads by organizing lists, researching organizations, developing messaging, and setting up e-mail cadences.
• Contribute to establishing relationships with Channels and Oracle corporation.
• Enhance presentation skills to effectively articulate our services and value to customers and potential customers. Requirements • Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services is required
• Must be able to work with Configure Price Quote (CPQ) systems
• Familiarity with CRM systems is essential
• Experience with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is necessary
• Knowledge of ERP Solutions is crucial
• Ability to use About Time software is a plus
• Must be comfortable with answering inbound calls
• Prior experience in auditing is beneficial
• Familiarity with billing functions is important
• Excellent communication skills are required
• Experience with NetSuite is advantageous
• Proficiency in Oracle systems is expected TalentMatch®
