Maintain a clean and safe working area. Maintain a commitment to preventing illness, injury and champion environmental protection-Wear the prescribed PPE, including hard hat, steel-toed footwear, sealed eyewear and respirators-Operation of manufacturing process control equipment and perform operations requirements such as truck loading and unloading-Issue and monitor safe work, hot work and confined space permits-Monitor and log operating conditions and maintain accurate material inventories-Follow procedures to produce a compliant productWhy you want this position:-Starting wage: $18/hour (Night shift: $18.50/hour)-Schedule -Monday through Wednesday, 12-hour shiftsThursday, 4-hour shiftShift times: 5:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. or 5:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m.-Medical insurance-401(k) with 5% company match-Vacation time starts at 3-weeks with 1-week added after 5 years and 1 week added after 10 yearsQualifications:-Minimum: High School Diploma or equivalent. -Two-year associate’s degree or higher preferred-Experience in a general industrial manufacturing environment-Ability to perform/solve mathematical problems-Physically capable of climbing ladders and lifting 55 pounds-Forklift operation experience or ability to become forklift certified-Troubleshooting skills and mechanical aptitude-Ability to use a computer effectively. Knowledge of Microsoft suite of applications.
