Shift: 8:00am - 5:00pm (finish)

Description: Greenhouse/Garden Center Manager - dedicated to fostering sustainable and innovative agricultural practices. Our state-of-the-art greenhouse facility is designed to support a diverse range of plants, from ornamental flowers to high-value crops. We are seeking a passionate and experienced Greenhouse Manager to lead our team and ensure the successful operation of our greenhouse. The Greenhouse Manager will oversee the daily operations of the greenhouse, including plant care, staff supervision, and inventory management and budgeting. This role requires strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage a complex environment to optimize plant growth and production. Pay rate can be more depending on experience. Role is year-long: hours vary depending on season. Dress code is casual: jeans or cargo shorts. No athletic wear other than footwear.
