We are seeking a skilled Welder and CNC/Plasma Table Operator to fabricate and assemble metal parts according to specifications using welding equipment and CNC/plasma cutting tables. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong metalworking knowledge, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include performing MIG, TIG, and/or Stick welding, interpreting blueprints, setting up and maintaining welding equipment, and operating CNC/plasma cutting tables for precision cutting. Additional tasks involve programming CNC machines, monitoring cutting processes, routine maintenance, troubleshooting equipment issues, and adhering to safety protocols. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with technical certification and at least 2 years of relevant experience preferred. Proficiency in welding techniques, CNC programming, metal fabrication, and the ability to handle heavy materials is essential. Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills are also important.
