Conveyor Mechanic

Job Description

We are looking for an entry-level Conveyor Mechanic to join our team. The position involves working the night shift from 7pm to 5:30am, Sunday night through Thursday. The role includes forklift and conveyor repairs, as well as general mechanical maintenance. This is a great opportunity for automotive candidates looking to expand their skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform conveyor repairs and maintenance.

• Conduct forklift repairs.

• Perform general mechanical maintenance tasks.

• Use a variety of tools, including wrenches, to complete repairs.

• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues.

Essential Skills

• Experience with repair and maintenance.

• Mechanical skills.

• Knowledge of conveyor maintenance.

• Welding skills.

• Forklift repair experience.

• Ability to troubleshoot electrical issues.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and get involved.

• Entry-level automotive experience is welcomed.

Work Environment

The work is conducted in a distribution center that is non-climate controlled. The position requires working night shifts from 7pm to 5:30am, Sunday night through Thursday.

This is a Contract position based out of Mocksville, North Carolina.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00
