Seeking an experienced Sr. HR Manager to support our Manufacturing and Operations division. This crucial position is crafted for a strategic thinker who is passionate about fostering HR excellence across the organization. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and implementing HR programs and projects, ensuring that our diverse client groups receive the strategic guidance and support necessary for optimal efficiency and effectiveness. Your expertise will guide the Human Resource Planning process, focusing on the identification and development of key talent, while also providing top-tier HR services to our senior-level employees, including directors and vice presidents. What You'll Do:

  • Partners with the client group leadership team to assess the effectiveness of the organization in terms of leadership, communication, and organizational design.

  • Functions as a senior leadership team member for the client group.

  • Collaborates with the department senior leadership team and executive leadership to develop and leverage leadership goals and objectives that drive business strategy.

  • Provides expert advice in developing and implementing solutions designed to address the human resources needs of the client group.

  • Maintains HR plans and oversees the development and facilitation of career planning/capability development for client employees and managers.

  • Supports leadership in creating and developing career path framework and development of talent management programs for assigned client groups.

  • Manages the career-paths, employee relations counseling, outplacement counseling and exit interviewing for assigned client groups.

  • Participates in the development of department OGSMs.

  • Manages functional succession planning; ensures integration of succession planning into performance management and staffing decisions.

  • Recommends new approaches, policies and procedures to drive continuous improvements in department efficiency and the way services are performed.

  • Partners with the talent acquisition team and the senior leadership assess position requirements and to screen internal/external candidates for high level positions.

  • Develops and promotes feedback mechanisms for employees to influence the improvement of HR services and processes.

  • Provides early stages of coaching and conflict management support to HR representatives and client group management on performance management.

  • Collaborates with HR Centers of Excellence (Compensation, Employee Relations, Training, OD, etc.) to align and integrate HR strategies with functional area business objectives to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive support framework.

What You Will Need:

  • Master’s degree plus 6 years of human resources experience to include HR generalist or HR business partner experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR Bachelor's degree plus 8 years of human resources experience to include HR generalist or HR business partner experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR High School diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 12 years of human resources experience to include HR generalist or HR business partner experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR Bachelor’s degree plus 7 years of Gallo HR experience to include HR business partner experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.

  • Prior supervisory/managerial experience.

  • Experience influencing and providing strategic guidance to senior level leadership.

What Will Set You Apart:

  • Master’s degree plus 8 years of human resources business partner experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR Bachelor's degree plus 10 years of human resources business partner experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.

  • CPG or alcohol industry experience.

  • 4 years of supervisory experience.

Compensation:

  • Hiring Salary Range Posted: $143,500 -$215,300

  • Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
