Description

Robert Half is seeking a Bookkeeper for a valued client in the Quad Cities area. This position will wear many hats as they will be doing bookkeeping duties as well as compliance assistance when needed.

This position is fully onsite and will need experience within Acumatica as this is the primary software of the business.

The Bookkeeper's responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Collection of transactions and inputting into software

• Maintain and monitor financial records

• Pay and log invoices into accounting system

• Assist in compliance duties such as W2s, workers Comp.

• Ensure the staff is up to date on certifications and monitor if not.

Requirements

Requirements for this Bookkeeping role include but are not limited to:

• Experience within Isolved and Acumatica is a MUST

• Self starter who can work with little oversight

• 2 years of prior experience within Bookkeeping

• Prior exposure to compliance procedures is a plus.
