Robert Half is partnering with a well-regarded healthcare practice in the Quad Cities to find a positive, motivated individual to join their tight-knit team. This Medical Receptionist role is an addition to the referral management department, where you will play a key part in ensuring seamless patient experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter referrals received from referring offices into the system

• Call patients to schedule appointments

• Follow up with patients to confirm or reschedule appointments

• Provide exceptional customer service to make patients feel welcome, understood, and cared for

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience as a Receptionist, Customer Support, Front Office, or similar role is preferred

• Ability to handle multiple phone lines efficiently

• Professional attitude and presence

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills

• Excellent organizational abilities
